After the notarized application is submitted to the clerk's office, accompanied by proper proof of income and mandatory $25 fee, it is then given to the Judge for his approval. The $25.00 fee must be paid within 7 days after arraignment. The Public Defender can be left a voicemail at (330) 367-5160.
